Chet Frazier began calling middle Tennessee his home in 2014. His twenty-one years in golf management led him all around the south from his home state of Alabama to Florida, Mississippi, back to Alabama, Georgia, and finally to Robertson County, Tennessee where he is the general manager and golf course superintendent of The Legacy Golf Course in Springfield. When Chet saw the rolling farmlands and friendly faces of the surrounding area upon his first visit to The Legacy, he knew he was home.
It was during all of those moves and the purchase and sell of many of his personal homes that Chet realized he had a passion for real estate and decided to use that passion to help others through the process. He truly enjoys the art of finding a buyer find that perfect property or helping a seller get top dollar for their home. His entire career in golf has been dedicated to providing an experience that will make you want to come back again, and he has applied that same focus and energy to helping his clients with their real estate transactions.
When Chet is not working with his clients or managing the golf operations, he can usually be found spending time with his wife, Cristy, and daughters, Savanna and Peyton.
