William is a Realtor and Auctioneer. He provides Real Estate services to clients who are selling their home or are looking to buy. William will prepare proper documentation, market analysis, know restrictions and zoning guidelines and has expertise in local property issues. As an Auctioneer, William handles all types of auctions, from simple Real Estate auctions to Personal Property auctions. William says being an Auctioneer is the “most fun he has had”.
William currently co-owns JT Spain Construction (1992) and is the owner of Spain Cabinet Shop (2002).
William is a life-long resident of Robertson County, and a Deacon at Heads Free Will Baptist Church. He has been married to Jennifer (28 years) and has three children. William enjoys coaching, refereeing, and going on Mission trips.
