The State of the Robertson County Real Estate Market in Spring 2023

Over the past few months, many have assumed that the real estate market is slowing down. The explosive growth this industry experienced during the pandemic may have slowed, however, home prices remain steady. According to Realtor.com, median home prices in Robertson County are up 12.5% Year-Over-Year, rising from $359,900 in April 2022 to $404,945 this past month.

Average Sale Time in Robertson County, TN

During the pandemic, everyone heard the story of homes receiving multiple offers shortly after being listed under contract. This was true even up until Spring 2022. However we are now starting to see a correction to pre-pandemic times. Data from Rocket Homes reports that the average sale time for a listed property in Robertson County jumped from just 8 days in April 2022 to 38 days in April 2023

Housing Demand in Robertson County, TN


Housing Demand has also been affected recently. In Robertson County, 60% of the homes sold in April were sold under asking price, according to Rocket Homes. This is extremely different from during the pandemic where many more homes were sold over asking price. Additionally, the number of home sales have dropped 11.8% in our area.
